Process - Our process involves six stages and is designed to carefully evaluate the candidate’s skills, work ethics, professionalism, team work and claimed achievements. Each stage has role-specific questions to understand the candidates’ behaviour, approach, and skills in different scenarios from their past experience and scenarios they have never faced before.

Detailed Screening - Before we recommend candidates to our clients, our team conducts a detailed interview with specific set of direct and in-direct questions to analyze the candidates’s attributes.

Candidate's Work Review - Furthermore, an independent review of candidate’s work, professionalism, ethics and team work is conducted from their previous reporting manager, peers and internal or external customers.

Our Candidates' Pay - The candidates we recommend typically hit the highest pay range for their work because they are indeed the cream of all the talent and have possibly worked for or with Forbes 500 at some point.
